The Cathedral Organiser

The Cathedral Organiser is fully funded by the Archbishop's Council as a tool to help Cathedrals and Minsters manage their room bookings and events.

Several administrators can be added to the cloud based software to administer the different areas within the Cathedral or Minster. 

Features include:

Manage Rooms at your Cathedral or Minster

Manage the rooms and assets within your Cathedral or Minster preventing double booking and helping with the administration of the rooms. Integrates with A Church Near You so bookings can be made directly on ACNY and then approved within the Cathedral Organiser. 

Ticketing and Events

Use the ticketing module for both free and paid for events:

• Unlimited events
• Fully customisable event registration
• Free or paid-for tickets
• Online ticket booking page, or options for the Cathedral/ Minster team to register people who phone/ email their booking
• Ticketing funds are paid out before the event
• Weekly payouts from sold tickets straight into your bank account

Life Events Diary

The Life Events Diary is a free resource for all churches and cathedrals within the Church of England. Within your Cathedral Organiser account you will be able to use the Life Events Diary for administration and pastoral care around your Life Event services. 

Accept online payments

Take payments online via credit and debit card, direct debit, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. 

Telephone Support 

Included with The Cathedral Organiser is a 2 hour virtual onboarding to get your Cathedral or Minster setup on the tools.

Ongoing support is provided so help from the team is just an email or telephone call away.
