Weddings and Funerals held within The Life Events Diary module have a Finance tab making it easy for your church treasurer or administrator to manage the Fee that is charged and how much has been paid/ still to be paid.
The Fees for 2025 have now been released and all The Church Organiser accounts have now had these applied. For services that are held in 2025, the Fees associated with these services now have the updated Fee and the Estimate text has been removed.
For Weddings for 2026 and beyond, the amount will be the 2025 Fee with Estimate shown beside it. Once the 2026 Fees are announced by November next year, these will then be updated.
Don't forget that as well as the Church of England Fees for services, you can also add your own custom fees and manage the amounts within the Life Events Diary.
