1. Pending Bookings
If we have switched on the options to have bookings made through our embedded forms approved, the bookings that need to be approved will appear in Approvals.
In Pending Approvals we will see any bookings that are yet to be approved or declined.
We can see the details of the booking by clicking the eye icon to the right of the booking and will be able to Decline or Approve the booking at the bottom of the page.
If we Decline the booking, we will have the opportunity to add a message for the hirer to explain why the booking has been declined.
If we choose to approve the booking, the hirers card will be charged for the amount of the booking.
If any changes need to be made to the booking, before approving it, we can click the Edit Booking button at the top right of the page. Clicking the Edit Booking button will also allow us to take alternative forms of payment, if the hirer doesn’t want to pay by card, or approve the booking without taking payment. The hirer will still need to provide card details when creating the booking.
2. Approved Bookings
Once a booking has been approved it will be moved to the Approved Bookings tab.
We can view the details of an approved booking by clicking the eye icon to the right of the booking.
We also have the option to edit the booking by clicking the Edit Booking button at the top right of the page. This will allow us to make changes to the booking and charge any extra payments to the hirers card. We will also be able to delete the booking.
3. Declined Bookings
Any declined bookings will appear in the Declined Bookings tab.
We can view the details of the bookings by clicking the eye icon to the right of the booking.
We can edit the booking by clicking the Edit Booking button at the top of the page and we will have the option to Delete the booking.
4. Past Bookings
The Past Approvals tab shows the approved bookings that have passed.
We can see the details of the bookings by clicking the eye icon, edit the booking by clicking the Edit Booking button, if we need to add any notes or extra charges, for example, and we can delete the booking.
